Training Videos
Every app in the Tymbrel dashboard, comes with direct access training videos specific to that app. No hunting around in an unwieldy search database for the basic guidance you need.
Enterprise Support
Bespoke support and training solutions, access to strategists, development best practices, third-party integrations, workflow, QA testing – you get all of this and more with your enterprise account.
Response Times & Support Levels
Our uber-reponsive in-house support team is available to help your team build proficiency with the Tymbrel platform.
Technical Platform Support
During our regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST), you'll get a confirmation of your ticket immediately, with a support specialist reaching back out to you typically within 30 minutes.
Enterprise Support
As an enterprise level client, you'll have a team of account and support experts with eyes on your dedicated inbox simultaneously throughout the day. We'll be available when you need us!
Bug Reports
We'll confirm receipt of your bug report immediately. The complexity of the issue will impact the time required to complete the fix, but our dev teams are in-house and our goal is within 1 business day.
- Situations where you will NOT incur costs:
- Technical and app-specific questions about how to use the Tymbrel Platform to build websites, add, delete or change website content.
- Situations where you MAY incur costs:
- Technical problem troubleshooting related to third party software integration or relationships (e.g., Email, MailChimp, Google Account Issues, DNS Settings).
- Situations where your team may have altered something in a website template that needs to be fixed; or when a change or update to a website template is requested.
- Requests by your team for the Tymbrel team to build a website or landing page, change existing content or functionality and/or create (e.g., design, write, program) and upload new content or functionality.
